John’s Automotive has been a true customer focused auto shop and my auto savior for my Honda. They are thorough, very skilled and quick. Most importantly they put themselves in the place of the customer and provide printed reports, photos and options so that I can make an informed decision. Jay is a delight to work with. I felt like he was a trusted brother and I could count on him to give me what was best for my car. He is very knowledgeable and very personable. Jay at John's Automotive was very attentive, they call when they say they will and let you know what is going on with your vehicle. Also, he didn't make me feel bad about my car REALLY needing washed. I took it in for AC repair and I'm now confident that I can face the summer!

I'm very pleased with John's service from making the appointment to Juan taking me home and picking me up when the car ready. Brian and Jay were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Dylan did the work on the car and though I didn't see him, I have great trust in the work that he did. When I called for the appointment, I was pleased to be able to discuss recommendations from previous work at John's to determine what needed to be done this time.
