Always exceptional service!

Received a very comprehensive diagnostic report in response to my non-starting F-150 pickup. In addition to correctly diagnosing the not-start issue (fuel pump), the report identified other items that would need replacing now or later, some that I will be able to do myself. These were things I wouldn’t necessarily notice until they failed and left me stranded somewhere, so was very helpful to find out about them.

As always, another professional, transparent, friendly experience at John’s. Went in with what a dealership called a “Cracked stabilizer bar” to find out it was only worn bushings. Trust Brian and his crew to be courteous, diagnose the problem accurately, and only charge you for what you really need. John’s sets the example for how all auto repair shops should operate.

The shop is well maintained and organized. Brian was outstanding and very thoughtful. The only glitch in the process was “RepairPal” who initially gave me a quote and setup the appt. Repairpal gave me a quote of $70-$95 And the shop gave me a quote of $299 for what I wanted.
