Brian is always very friendly and helps explain what is happening. He keeps me updated with the repairs. The mechanics and other personnel are kind and helpful too. Juan is very friendly and shuttles me from the shop.

Brian was incredibly friendly and personable to work with. He was able to get me in same day as a walk-in (around lunch even!). They were super busy though, so I would definitely try to make an appointment ahead of time. They gave me worst case scenario and more likely scenario quotes which helped me to be ready for the worst. The thing I liked the most was their inspection process. They took photos of the brake inspection and even checked under the hood in case there were any other problems. They fixed my issue and let me know of another pending issue that needs to be fixed. I will be back. They’ve made a great first impression.
