John’s Automotive is awesome! I was having issues with oil leaks for a while and I was scared to take to take my car in because the previous shop I worked with seemed unable to properly address the leaking. John’s Automotive immediately identified the problems and sent supporting pictures along with a detailed write up and a plan of action. Talk about ease of doing business! Jay was my service advisor an he’s amazing! He made what could have been a very daunting process seamless! No one wants to ever take their car into the shop for fear of the outcome but rest assure brining your car here you’ll get honesty, great service repairs, and awesome customer service!

this was my first visit to Johns Automotive and I am truly impressed they were so patient and kind with all my questions.....I did my due diligence and got a few estimates on work I needed for my 04 Honda Civic and their pricing was somewhere in the middle but what drew me to doing business with them is their honesty and straight forward manner I also appreciated the email sent to me with everything broken down on what car needed now and further down the road..... car is scheduled next week to have timing belt (and more) done will give update upon completion

Great service and prices!

Took our family friend, Fiati, in for maintenance work, fluid exchange, and check-up on our 2014 Fiat 500L. Had a lot of work done with some more to do and then we will have a refreshed Fiati good for more years of service. I have never experienced the level of communication, to include pictures, that we experienced with John's Automotive. Thank you Brian, Jay, and the rest of the crew. Looks like we found our new family mechanic shop.
