My experience with John's Automotive was excellent. Jay kept me informed and went above and beyond with their service. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future. This was the best experience I have ever had for a car repair.

Jay at John's Automotive was very attentive, they call when they say they will and let you know what is going on with your vehicle. Also, he didn't make me feel bad about my car REALLY needing washed. I took it in for AC repair and I'm now confident that I can face the summer!

I'm very pleased with John's service from making the appointment to Juan taking me home and picking me up when the car ready. Brian and Jay were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Dylan did the work on the car and though I didn't see him, I have great trust in the work that he did. When I called for the appointment, I was pleased to be able to discuss recommendations from previous work at John's to determine what needed to be done this time.
