Triple A sent me an offer of a free 60 point inspection at certain auto shops. John's is a ten minute walk from my house, so I chose their shop. Everyone was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated the digital report card that gave me a detailed idea of what I need done next. I'll be back!

I feel very fortunate to be a client of John's Automotive. All of the employees are so kind and respectful. They go above and beyond to do even little things for you. I cannot reach to clean the inside of my front windshield, so I asked if they could do it, and they did. That is service. I very highly recommend them, they take good care of your car baby.

Wow! This place is the best auto repair shop I've ever been in. They run a tight ship and have very strict Covid measures in place. This is reassuring since I was in a tire shop lately and no one even had a mask on. We only had a few minor things done to our Prius but will definitely be using their service in the future for our other vehicles.
