I had a really good experience at John’s autobody. Previously, I was taking my jeep to a jeep dealer and they would never get the work done on time and it always cost more than what they said it would. So I decided to try John’s autobody because they had a lot of great reviews so I made an appointment. I came in at 8 o’clock. We went over the work that should be done and what it would cost. I gave the OK for all the work. I was told the car should be done at 2:30 PM. I got a call at about 2:23 PM saying the car was done and I could come and pick it up. I paid the same price that they quoted me in the morning. There was no extra costs. The service was really excellent. I plan on going back.

This is the best shop I've ever been to!! They are extremely helpful, funny, and exceptional customer service. I couldn't be happier. I would have paid a few thousand dollars elsewhere but they did it all for a fraction of the cost. As long as I'm in San Diego, I won't go anywhere else but here. They also have an insanely detailed work order where they send you a link and you can view all live entry and updates as they become available. It's broken down by what's good, what needs attention sooner and what they think is required to do now. They include pics of everything too so you know you are not getting screwed. Thank you so much!
