I was disappointed with my recent service experience. I scheduled my appointment approximately two weeks in advance, and clearly noted the repair concern that needed to be addressed. Unfortunately, on the day of my appointment, it appeared to be the first time. The service advisor had reviewed my request. As a result, they weren’t able to diagnose repair the issue and inform me that additional research was needed. I was asked to schedule another appointment to bring the vehicle back. This particularly inconvenient because the service location is only opened Monday through Friday require me to either take off work or arranged to work remotely in order to return. Why the oil change was completed the oil life oil percentage indicator was not reset as part of the service which was another disappointment. Overall expected better preparation and communication given the advanced notice provided having to return for a second appointment to address. The original concern has been frustrating and inconvenient.

I visited John’s Automotive to flip CO2 monitor. They bought a software update from BMW, installed it on my car, performed a driving cycle to reset all monitors, and they did. Brian was very helpful during the whole process. My Kudos to everyone!
