I had an amazing experience with my service. They even had me drive my car with them to hear the weird noice I was having. They checked everything accordingly and told me exactly what needed and what can wait. I love that they were even able to drive me to work. Thank you Juan 🤗. Absolutely love John's and trust them explicitly. My husband and I have been taking our vehicles there for years and it's never been less than a stellar experience. Appointments are easily made, the service is professional and comprehensive and we are always treated with the utmost respect and care. My kids have gone in there and even received treasures from a prize box! It's fun for them too! The service is just exceptional all around.

TLDR: Saved me $7,000! My Subaru broke down on the side of the highway. I took it into a local repair shop where they informed me the transmission was bad. They told me I had to replace the entire thing and quoted me over $7,000. I decided to tow it home and find another place. Later, I scheduled an appointment with John's to see if they could at least repair it instead of performing a complete replacement. When I arrived for my appointment, they asked what my mileage was and then refused to repair the vehicle. They informed me of a warranty with Subaru that I qualified for and directed me to take it to the Subaru dealership. They even offered to be my advisor for when I went to the dealership. I took it to the dealership and had the transmission completely replaced under the warranty. I didn't pay a single cent! An honest mechanic is worth his weight in gold. Needless to say, John's Automotive Care has secured me as a future customer.

My household has been using John’s for routine maintenance and repair for the past 2-3 years. I always enjoy the front of house staff and quality of work has been good. I decided to move to another shop after receiving a number of quotes that were at the very top or above market average. After looking the quote over I found inflated parts cost.In one instance the cost of parts was triple retail. Quoted $335 for a pair of shocks that retail around $100. I expect some mark up, but found this excessive.
