I had an excellent experience at Johns Automotive Care in La Mesa. The prices were reasonable, and the service was exceptional! I initially brought my car in due to a concerning thumping sound. The initial diagnosis indicated that I needed new struts, which were promptly installed. However, the issue persisted, and they requested to keep the car for further diagnostics. They identified that the transmission mount and engine mount also needed replacement. After addressing these additional issues, my 13-year-old car now handles bumps smoothly, and the annoying clunk noise is completely gone. Jay, Brian, and Dylan provided top-notch service and were fantastic to work with. I highly recommend Johns Automotive Care for their expertise and dedication to ensuring their customers' satisfaction.

Its always a pleasure to bring my truck in for service. Brian and Jay are always welcoming and knowledgeable. They do their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible. The mechanics are top notch. The owner John has the best shops in San Diego as there are 3 locations. Highly recommend !!!
