A curb jumped in front of me while I was getting on the freeway. I hit the evil curb really hard and panicked when I saw liquid dripping out of the bottom of my sister's car. I immediately went to the closest repair shop near me and luckily for me, the closest repair shop was John's Automotive Care. John greeted me and asked how my day was going and I was very honest about having had a bad day because I might have broken my sister's car. He patiently listened to my concerns without interrupting me and then suggested that we go look at the car. John laid down on the ground and touched the leaking part and asked me if I was running the AC a lot. I said yes and he explained that it was condensation from the AC. (Oops and 😳) Even though I am clearly car-stupid, John never made me feel foolish. He was very kind and reassuring. I've never been so happy to find out that I'm a moron... :) I really appreciate John's kindness and how calm and knowledgeable he is. I will definitely return if I need car repairs or if I get attacked by another evil curb! Thank you!
