This is my second visit to John’s automotive. My first one I was due for a service check. The second one was I heard a beeping I thought it was a sensor in my Audi took it to John’s. My husband called me and told me it wasn’t the car beeping in the garage, it was my garage door backup battery, how hilarious anyway he still inspected my car just to see if there’s were any issues going on I appreciate them so much. Very great place to go. I will continue going.

Impressed! Jay is the person who helped me. He explained the processes and gave me cost. Everything that needed done was explained and when I didn't understand he changed explanations to where I did. I also encountered Brian who is nice friendly and helpful as Jay is. Very authentic folks. I don't like the bull crap and Jay didn't give it. I have found a new home for my car to be fixed.

I had them do a Front End Alignment couldn't be Happier with the Work they did .Very Professional. I asked AAA to recommend a Mechanic and they sent me to John's Automotive. They were Excellent.

Phenomenal service both of the vehicle and the customer. I came in needing an oil change and a brake inspection. Brian provided stellar customer service and clear communication making the process of servicing my new car in a new city, easy and enjoyable. He also replaced my windshield wiper blades free of charge after I asked whether they needed to be changed. Will definitely be returning
