I'd been looking for a new automotive shop for months. I had just replaced worn ball joints and tie rod ends and was in need of an alignment. I call and got an appointment which I had to cancel for health reasons. Brian offered if I needed anything that they would help me. That was a so surprising in this day of age.Then when I showed for my new appointment, Brian and Jay displayed genuine kindness to everyone that they came in contact with. I had such an amazing experience with John's. I had my car towed here because it was the nearest shop to me that was recommended by AAA and from the moment I had my car picked up Brian has contacted me and kept me updated with every step the technicians were taking. I was never unaware of what was happening. After the issue was isolated it was immediately repaired and there was a full inspection which was very honest. As soon as they finished the inspection I received an email with the results very detailed and the cost of the fluid replenishes. They also offered me a military discount.
