This is my third visit to John's Automotive La Mesa as my engine mount arrived and it was time to install it in Fiati. As I have mentioned in earlier postings, the communication is top notch. Appointment was made and a text message reminder was sent the day before. The work was completed on the appointment day and Fiati drives like a newer car. Brian and Jay were a pleasure to work with and will answer your questions without talking to you in a condescending way which is greatly appreciated. All the work to be done had been explained as well as what the costs would be. We will be taking the family vehicles to John's Automotive as my older son will be driving soon and teaching him the responsibility of owning and maintaining a vehicle for safe operation. Thank you again John's Automotive La Mesa (Brian, Jay, and staff) for everything. See you soon for my next oil change.
