I scheduled a multi-point checkup of my 2011 Lincoln in advance of a trip. This my first experience with John's Automotive Care was great! They found I needed air filters and windshield wipers replaced. Brian was great at keeping me informed as to progress while I waited. The whole experience was personal and professional. I recommend John's.

The service manager Brian was outstanding gave me time to listen on the needs of my vehicle fixed it within the reasonable requested time the shuttle for me to get back and forth from work was outstanding highly highly recommend John's Automotive Care in la Mesa.

I towed my truck here to get checked out after the engine had blown out. The staff was so kind and made me feel incredibly safe and taken care of after an extremely stressful day. I’d definitely come back for car services, hopefully under better circumstances next time! :)

Had my water pump, fan belt, radiator and a few other things go out while in San Diego, 8 hours from home. Happened on a Sunday and the guys had my truck ready by Thursday. They were very professional and reassuring in what was an irritating and stressful couple of days. Made it home with no further issues. Expedient and affordable, all things considered. Next time I break down in San Diego I’ll be visiting them again.

Couldn't ask for better service. No hard sell. Did what was asked and happily. The shuttle service is a big plus, thank you Juan. Brian listens and is very professional. Going to be our go to shop for a long time.

I have been using them for years. Why? *Personal greeting when I call or at their facility *Always alert me to something which needs immediate attention or in the future *Their charges are less than a dealer and the work is done immediately *They offer shuttle service - great drivers and friendly like the rest of the staff
