Requesting an assessment and any corrections that assessment indicated that were necessary for my car, the crew at John’s did just that: they went through my vehicle, and keeping me apprised of what they’d discovered, we then discussed and settled on the options their tests revealed were needed. It is a breath of fresh air dealing with a business such as this one; a business that does well by doing good by way of its customers. Would that more firms embraced that ethic. Thanks guys.
