I really liked working with Brian and Patrick, they are both really patient and kind, especially as I tried to understand the warranty I had purchased through Carnax which was over sold and greatly under delivered. The whole staff is very friendly. After reviewing the charges I was quite disappointed that they charge almost 80.00 dollars to remove an old battery and replace it with a new one, a task I had done a month earlier myself in less than 10 minutes. When I see a charge, such as this, It makes me concerned that the rest of the bill has over charged on it also. They were very apologetic over the car not being available to pickup when it was promised. Because I enjoyed doing business with them I will most likely give them another try on my next repair. I was having battery issues and Brian checked it out immediately. We were concerned that the alternator may be part of the problem, but after diagnosing the problem, it was determined that I just needed a new battery. Problem solved. Great service!

They will explain everything in detail and work with you on what your car needs now and what can wait. They really care about getting repeat customers and the quality of their work. They know what they are doing and I always leave feeling I got a great deal.

I appreciate that the mechanic is knowledgable, calls me to explain their assessment, and gets approval before any work is done. Their prices are very fair and reasonable.
