Really expensive. The staff is friendly and their service is great, but I did feel like they gouged me. My battery died and my trunk latch was busted. I replaced the trunk latch myself ($26 for the part and it took 15 minutes- very easy to do if you follow a 2 min. YouTube video) but my battery was drained. After a jumpstart everything was fine again, but I switched back the busted trunk latch in case there was any issues with it that I didn’t know about. They charged me $500 to charge my battery and switch the trunk latch. Very steep, especially since they broke the original part that came in and I had to wait an extra 4 days to get my car back. I need to look elsewhere for auto service.

Walked in and immediately welcomed by Brian as he was already helping another customer. I called earlier in the day and spoke with Patrick who asked me to come in for an oil change. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He quickly made me feel comfortable with my choice as he gave me some background on the shop. I generally take my car to the dealership for service but I needed to service my vehicle quickly by a place that I could trust. This is my first time here but I can guarantee that I’ll be returning for future needs. While I waited, Patrick gave me some background on the shops ownership and philanthropist approach. It’s very rare to find a family owned repair shop who is as involved with the community as this place. The service to my car was excellent and performed in a timely manner. They provided detailed photos of suggested service as well as detailed explanations of the work that was done. The transparency here is excellent! Thank you for for your service John’s Automotive Care! And a huge shout out to Patrick and Brian for being so personable and providing a welcoming environment!

Incredible service and respect. Brian was great in helping me service all 3 of my cars that I brought in. I’ve had many issues with my Nissan and Brian’s given me peace of mind every time. I feel extremely comfortable working with these guys and I’m extremely grateful to have them in my corner. Thank you Brian!

Brian is always very friendly and helps explain what is happening. He keeps me updated with the repairs. The mechanics and other personnel are kind and helpful too. Juan is very friendly and shuttles me from the shop.

Brian was incredibly friendly and personable to work with. He was able to get me in same day as a walk-in (around lunch even!). They were super busy though, so I would definitely try to make an appointment ahead of time. They gave me worst case scenario and more likely scenario quotes which helped me to be ready for the worst. The thing I liked the most was their inspection process. They took photos of the brake inspection and even checked under the hood in case there were any other problems. They fixed my issue and let me know of another pending issue that needs to be fixed. I will be back. They’ve made a great first impression.
