The entire staff at John’s Automotive were so helpful to us during our vacation down south. Our brakes had completely gone out and they were able to get us in and all fixed up in one day. Once again. A great experience. I received a quote to check my truck for the dreaded Emissions codes. Within a few hours they called with an updated estimate based on a thorough inspection. Parts had to be sent out to an outside vendor of there's. The very next day, they called to tell me that my truck was done and that the their vendor made a mistake in his quote to them and they were able to lower my estimate by $ 300.00. Now, who does this ? I would or never had known. All four times I have used John's has been as great as a vehicle repair can be. Keep it up.
