It was both ac and electrical the blower motor was bad and the rheostat they replaced both and serviced the AC I'm sitting in Yuma az right now it's a hundred and nine 109 temp and my ac is working the way it's supposed to thank you it was a little pricey but it works thank you again

This review is past due. John's of La Mesa has recently repaired and/or diagnosed 3 of our family cars. Bringing in my 2001 Ford Expedition next. Hoping the guys can bring her back to life. Was able to get an appointment really quick. Guys were cool and professional during check-in and I really appreciate the communication throughout the day. Looking for a go-to shop now that all my new-car warranties have expired. This shop just might be that place.
