First time visit for a routine service of my Honda CRV. Very friendly counter staff helped me get into their computer system, which helped later when they communicated a couple of small issues by email WITH pictures! Didn't realize they offered a AAA discount which was a pleasant surprise. Only one small problem with my appointment that didn't seem to be in their system. Fortunately one of the counter guys remembered our phone conversation. Maybe now that I am in their system this won't be a problem for future visits.

Very professional and was able to get me in without much notice. Conscience about the Covid requirements. Fixed my alignment problem and also notified me about other pending issues with my car.. I'm happy that I use their services and would keep them in mind for the future.

My car broke down and I had to get my car towed. I picked this place to get my car fixed. Jay is very professional and explained everything about what’s wrong with my car. They’re very professional and trusted. I definitely coming back and will get my car done here next time!

I decided to try a new auto repair shop and found this place via Consumer Reports' Certified Repair Shop program, and it was also close by and had good reviews. I was able to make an appointment easily on the web site and from that point forward, my customer service experience was superb. Brian and Jay were friendly and professional and took really good care of me. The inspection report was thoroughly detailed and even had photos of some of the diagnostic work. The cost for my rear brake job was fair and the techs completed the work in a timely manner, and Brian kept me updated throughout the entire process. During removal of the rotors the tech discovered that the parking brake shoes needed replacement, but Brian didn't aggressively push that work on me. I decided to get the additional repair work done, and during removal of the right rear parking brake shoe set, the hold-down screw snapped, so they had to remove the right rear axle to access the broken bolt. Not only was I NOT charged for this additional labor, Brian even gave me a free rear differential fluid change since the axle was off anyway (which had been recommended on the inspection report, but was marked as requiring immediate attention). You can see how this whole scenario could have resulted in some disagreements and unforeseen costs, which I have experienced over the years at other shops. So I was quite happy at the end. They also upgraded my first-time discount coupon from $25 to $50, and gave me some gift certificates for a local restaurant. All in all, a very pleasant experience and I'll be going back for sure.

John's is the only place I go for my car now. My boyfriend's 95 year-old grandparents went here, then his parents, then him, and now me-- and I have to say, the service is unparalleled. Every person I've interacted with has been thorough and honest in their work, and personable and kind each step of the way. Highly recommend!

I took my car to John’s for a repair that was also an insurance claim. They were really fast sourcing parts, documenting the problem, communicating with my insurance and the appraiser. I will take all my cars to John’s in the future.
