I have owned around 20 vehicles serviced by both dealers and independents, I have to say, this experience was the best by far. Brian was not only personable and knowledgeable but as honest as they come. I brought my 2004 BMW with the dreaded vacuum leak engine light codes. Could not get it smoked. Within a few hours, Brian called and sent me photos of a cut in one of the intake boots with a fix for $ 230.00. He then got it smogged for us and we were out the door. I can honestly say this was a great experience.

Best service ever! Big ups to my man Brian for going all out and having that #1 customer service on point! Made me feel like I’ve never felt before at a mechanic shop! The staff is amazing and the technicians know what they are doing, I will bring my car back here if I ever have to, definitely recommend!

I was a bit trepid taking my Mercedes back to Harloff since John Automotive Care has taken over. It seems most times when a new owner takes over I always figure that prices will go up. Was I in for a big surprise! Don't get me wrong I loved Harloff and was always treated with the utmost respect. I wish all those whom have moved on the best! None the less the new owners, John Automotive Care are just as nice and honest and you can TRUST them!!!! I am so glad I will continue to take my Mercedes to John Automotive Care. I will also continue to recommend this great automotive repair shop. Oh and now JAC will give you a ride to where you need to be while they work on your car.
