The people at John's Automotive were very patient and understanding, respecting my 95-year-old mom's connection to an old car that was a 50th wedding anniversary from my dad. During a delay in obtaining the correct part for a car that old, Bryan was very good to keep us informed regarding progress being made. Dave always showed understanding of our unique situation; and John (the nice man who returned the car to us) showed kindness and a personal interest in my mom's story. All this great service, and the car is up and running again!!!

On a rating of 1 to 10 and 10 being best I would give Brian a twelve (12). I had a 56' Chevy BelAir towed over 200 miles to a Shipping Co in San Diego for it's trip to Hawaii for it's restoration. To say the car was rough is an understatement and it was rejected by the Shipping CO. Living in the LA area and handling it by phone, I desperately called a few spots and was fortunately recommended to JOHN'S AUTOMOTIVE CARE. I talked to Brian and he completely turned my difficult and frustrating situation around. Not only did he get my Chevy seaworthy but he did it quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. John's Automotive Care does a great job on any kind of work you need on your vehicles. I also got new tires during my last service at a very good price. With the longest warranty anywhere you can relax after your work has been completed and the La Mesa and San Diego shops both have nice waiting rooms with great complimentary snacks and beverages and they have a free shuttle if you don't want to wait. As a long time very satisfied customer I highly recommend John's and appreciate their support of the Boys and Girls Clubs too. My daughter just left John's shop where she had the AAA check up performed. No attempt to upsell, and she just needs to go back for the 90K mile check in a couple of months. They topped off fluids at no charge so the car is ready for taking with her to college on Friday. For her, however, the snacks and hot chocolate sealed the deal.
