John's Automotive Care does a great job on any kind of work you need on your vehicles. I also got new tires during my last service at a very good price. With the longest warranty anywhere you can relax after your work has been completed and the La Mesa and San Diego shops both have nice waiting rooms with great complimentary snacks and beverages and they have a free shuttle if you don't want to wait. As a long time very satisfied customer I highly recommend John's and appreciate their support of the Boys and Girls Clubs too. My daughter just left John's shop where she had the AAA check up performed. No attempt to upsell, and she just needs to go back for the 90K mile check in a couple of months. They topped off fluids at no charge so the car is ready for taking with her to college on Friday. For her, however, the snacks and hot chocolate sealed the deal. Excellent customer services and care.

Dave, John and others who work at the front desk at John's Automotive went to great lengths to provide every need and want of its customers-coffee, sodas and snacks not to mention comfortable seats to sit on, TVs, and magazines to read, free calendars & pens with note paper & even toys for kids! They also offer you a free shuttle service to & from your home -if needed! Also I was very impressed with how these people made a print out for me to see every possible problem that my car had! (Beautifully illustrated pictures in color!) Also helpful recommendations were listed, but there was no pressure to get the the work done there. Also appreciated was that they were friendly and personable and really cared about me and my car's needs. I would highly recommend this place! The only thing I would suggest is if the prices could be a little lower-but then what do you expect with all those amenities they give you!!!😉 Diane R.

Just rude man terrible experience I think this mans name is Brian or something but just made me feel stupid honestly with his extremely rude sarcasm I wouldn't want these guys to touch my car whatsoever with that attitude tells me they don't really care ...... harloff was there previously and my grandmother mom and myself would take our vehicles there to get serviced never a problem now I'm extremely sad especially with the treatment these guys offer. Go to johns at your own risk shotty attitudes probably equals shotty service..... thanks for your help Brian !

Good to see service techs from previous ownership.

I've had some bad experiences at many local auto repair places in San Diego. However going to John's Auto Repair in Le Mesa was night and day. Brian took care of us and the entire staff was great to work with. They frequently update you with detailed pictures and that have a shuttle driver named John who is very nice. My family couldn't be happier with their flawless service and not only will we go back again, but we highly recommend this place to everyone. Way to go and great job!!!
