This place is incredible! I'm not a local here in San Diego. I'm traveling for work from LA County for a couple of days. But my car was giving some trouble. I was directed to go to this auto shop. As I walked in, I was nervous with a thought that they will milk me and my car warranty with everything they can just, like a lot of mechanics I know from past experiences. But I was wrong! Brian was most helpful. He was genuinely concerned about helping me. He went above and beyond to make sure that I am taken cared of. I could tell he wanted what was best for me and my car problem and not how much the company could profit from my problem. He's a great example of customer service!

These guys are great! They explain things clearly, answer all questions and do quality work. They make the whole experience quite pleasant.

Impressed work started before my appointment time of 0800. Before starting on my vehicle, many questions were asked and verified about my vehicle. Jim, the tech., was/is knowledgeable, skilled, informative, business minded, and friendly. For a while, I was allowed to be with my vehicle while being serviced. That I really appreciated.
