Excellent customer service. They clearly communicated everything they were doing. They avoided unnecessary add ons. They stuck to the timeline they quoted. They took the extra step to cover the seats and steering wheel to keep my car clean.

First time visit for a routine service of my Honda CRV. Very friendly counter staff helped me get into their computer system, which helped later when they communicated a couple of small issues by email WITH pictures! Didn't realize they offered a AAA discount which was a pleasant surprise. Only one small problem with my appointment that didn't seem to be in their system. Fortunately one of the counter guys remembered our phone conversation. Maybe now that I am in their system this won't be a problem for future visits.

We apologize for any delay in the service due to the small system appointment error; that will not be a problem in any future visits & again were sorry about that mistake on our end.
