Making an appointment was not any trouble. Was given a quote and was told unless something unforseen is found this is what it will cost. Was completed in the time frame given. AC works great. Would recommend them.

BEST experience with the best guys. I’m a teacher here in La Mesa and I called over to Brian to tell him my situation with my oil leak. He took me in immediately and he and his guys (Dylan) helped me figure out the issue. Turns out it was a mistake made by my dealership that they had to end up fixing. Patrick was awesome as well. Through conversation we found out we grew up in the same neighborhood and went to the same schools. It’s guys like these that alleviate the stress of having car issues. They are HONEST, HELPFUL, and PERSONABLE. Such hard workers. I will definitely be back and will highly recommend to friends and fam 🙌🏽

Couldn't post without leaving at least 1 star. I went in to get my brakes checked at this place and was told they couldn't help without even looking at my vehicle! I was dismissed, however politely, with 0 effort in trying to help. Awkward! The place was empty also by the way and I mean with so many other options it's no wonder with that type of non service. Take your car somewhere else! Its too easy!

Upon arriving you’re greeted by pure, welcoming energy. They immediately made me feel comfortable. I love the culture and ambiance at John’s. Super friendly and funny! Takes away the stress that comes with getting work done on your car. They’re amazing and will definitely be back. Thanks again!!

I was able to work with Brian and Jay over the phone as I live 7 hours away. My daughter is attending college in San Diego and her car (2006 Mazda 3) required some maintenance. They both are very knowledgeable and customer service oriented...Another plus they were able to accept payment over the phone. All the work done was very professional.
