So friendly and welcoming! Brian was so helpful and patient. He really took the time to answer each of my questions and the questions my dad wanted me to ask. I came to John's Automotive with transmission concerns and Brian was really great at breaking down what was going on with my car overall and what specifically was wrong with my transmission in an easy to understand manner. Although I did get bad news, Brian reassured me that I can stop by any time with any car I have to have them look it over and give me all the details of the cars condition so I will be doing just that as soon as I get a chance. :)

I’ve taken our Car to John’s twice now. Jay at the front desk is awesome. He is knowledgeable, super friendly and does his job great. They show genuine concern for your vehicle and do everything possible to get it fixed right and back on the road as soon as possible. This is the best automative care that I have ever received. The staff is always nice and very helpful. Dave is always very informative when he tells you what maintenance needs to be done on the vehicle. They will not overcharge, or try to do something on the vehicle that is does not need. With that being said they will still tell you all that can be done to make the vehicle work to its fullest capacity. They also have a courtesy drop off, which helps A LOT. They put you as a customer first.
