I have used your service several times and every time it had been wonderful. Why? Because you are up front and you care. The person at the front desk is the key. And in this case it is Brian (BRS) I can not say enough about this man. Not only that he cares - He understands cars. Even more he has a wonderful way of talking to the person with the sick car. He does not talk down to you or over you. He has a feel for the person he is talking to and the ability to make that person (the car owner) understand what is required and what will happen. I asked Brian to keep me in the loop and he has done this in spades. Not only does he phone me and talk to me on how it is going he gets on my e-mail and sends pictures of what is going on with my veh which is old but I am attached to it and Brian is working with me to make my Dodge whole once more. There is no more that Brian will not do to make John's service center shine. What you need to do John is give Brian a pay raise as he is so god for your company as I also run a company and people like Brian are very hard to find. Thank you. Harold Hanson
