Work was performed timely given we were a “walk in”. The causes of engine RPM hunting were identified and corrected. Vehicle/engine is running correctly/smoothly. I would use their services again.

I booked an appointment for the free AAA vehicle inspection and an oil change and they were very responsive. It was my first time and they made sure I got the best rate on my oil change. I waited at the shop during my appointment and Brian made sure I had everything I needed. I had an excellent experience at John's Automotive and will be using them for future car needs.

I've been coming to this location for a while and I always feel confident that the guys are taking care of my Prius. Brian and the guys working on my car are always very prompt and transparent about what I need. I feel confident in their integrity because there have been times I've asked if I can do something myself and they've been honest about the skill level it might take, and Brian has also helped me decide what I need to do immediately and what I can wait on a little to not spend a whole bunch at once. I always have taken my cars to dealerships for quality and decided to try a local place out to save some money and I'm glad I picked John's. I especially like the auto vitals report they send you for diagnostics. Thank you guys for taking care of my car!

This was my first time at John's and I was very pleased with the service. Brian is very friendly and communicates everything clearly. The work was done quickly, and all repair recommendations were accurate and fair. They quickly provided me a ride home when I needed it and also provided a convenient after-hours pickup option. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely take my care there again.

They are very few repair shops a woman can trust. This is one of them. I’m so glad to have found this shop! They were in constant contact with me through the entire process, including sending pictures of my vehicle. Jay is the best CSR I’ve encountered in this industry. He’s definitely set a standard for me. I will be back for all my cars needs from now on.
