A great shop staffed by competent and personable professionals. As a North Park resident, I can't say it's a quick drive to get there. But I can say that it doesn't matter; I would use John's Automotive if I had to make the trek from Oceanside.
Everyone I delt with at John's was very helpful and tentative. I also like how they send you pictures for the issues with the vehicle.

Brought in due to a noise from rear due to backing up over a concrete parking lot dividing. Was told I needed front struts for $1500. I paid them for the diagnostic charge and took my car to a dealership. Verdict: It was a loose bolt on the rear shock. It was tightened free of charge . There is no evidence that I needed new struts. Either John’s Automotive care is extremely incompetent or extremely dishonest to single females.
