If you ever have the misfortune of breaking down, you'd be very fortunate to bring your car here. They are kind, friendly, and always steer you the right way. They remember their customers and cars and it feels as if you are going to a family doctor for your car. My grandfather swears by them and I see why. Also, a great place waiting room to be stranded in. There are free beverages and snacks and a great little area for the kids to play in too. I was once stuck there for an hour or two and it barely felt like anything. They regularly checked up on me and made sure my ride was coming. Would highly recommend. Thanks to Justin and Dave for going above and beyond to help me get my car back on the road. Once again I’m so impressed with the level of service,communication and care I received. Lots of extra work finding parts and rebuilding instead of replacing my Mercedes convertible top. I am so happy to have found this place.

Another great experience at John's Automotive Care. I needed a new car battery, called in at 4:30 pm. At 8 am they had the correct battery charged and ready to be installed. The service advisor treated me like family and made sure that I was very well taken care of. These people have gained my trust and confidence in the maintenance and repair of all my vehicles. I highly recommend them, especially on my BMW. They are so much less expensive than the dealership, have quicker turnaround times and back up their work with a strong warrantee.

The service was excellent. I showed up without an appointment and was attended to quickly. My car was completed on time and with top quality. I will definitely return for my future car needs.The staff was super friendly and remembered me when I returned to pick up my car.

I used to go there when it was the other shop. Seemed to be going south. But now theres new owners and and awesome new perspective they way they treat there customers. Explained and showed it all on the computer and sends detailed pics of the actual item on your car that needs work. Explains in complete detail, I highly recommend them. Close to Helix High school. I was shocked with there level of customer service. Now you can go to a cheap shop or get it done right by them, for me I rather it right the first time since it's my wheels. Thank you Dave for your help y ok u were awesome! I know they also have a place in Mission Valley.
