BY FAR the best repair shop I've ever been to. They could tell I was feeling down about my truck and did what they could to lift my spirits and make sure my truck was well taken care of. Seriously, Brian and John are super great guys who went out of their way to make sure things went right. They emailed an extensive breakdown of my entire truck, letting me know what's good and what needs fixing. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up when my truck was ready. They have my business for life. It can be hard to find a good mechanic but I swear by these guys. They also were decently priced and went the extra mile for me. Highly, highly recommend.

As usual they were very accommodating to get me in right the next day after I called for an appointment. Always friendly and professional and they have very good coffee.

Have been with Harloff Automotive for over 30 years, and hope to be with John's Auto Repair for the next 30 years.

A few minor problems with the paperwork,needed correcting. When I mentioned the issue, it was correctly resolved. Office staff was friendly, helpful and good service personnel.

Brain comped my leaking inspection this morning because of a lose antifreeze cap! I was impressed by his honesty and definitely will bring my wife’s car in for service in the future. Thanks Brain!
