If there discover any other issues they call you to inform you of the issue. They let you decide if the additional services are dealt with at that time. No pressure sales. Brian and John were extremely polite and helpful. I went in to have my BMW checked for a brake pad code my car was displaying. They checked and informed me my brakes were fine and merely needed to clear the code. Their honesty is well appreciated. I didn't tell them that I'm an ASE certified automotive technician and had checked my brake pads before bringing it in. Honest, extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional. They even gave me a first time discount AND payed for my Uber. I would HIGHLY recommend John's Automotive.

I might be biased, I know them. Took my car in for a 60,000 mile fluids flush and fill. They got it done in a decent amount of time at a great price and the work was outstanding. They really met my needs.
