Fantastic service; honest and transparent. Quality service and always with a smile.

The crew at John's quickly diagnosed what was ailing in my vehicle, and made the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently. Throughout the process I was kept apprised of what was being done and why. I was also provided a detailed summary of what the cost for my repairs would finally be. Everything was first rate. I am also impressed that John's is taking the pandemic seriously and is following the protocols established by the public health community to the fullest. If more businesses did likewise we'd all be better off.

John's Automotive was able to take care of me during the Covid-19 situation before we had a shelter in place. They had safety procedures in place to protect us all. I went in to have them check my brakes and change them if I needed brakes, which I thought I did because they were making noise. To my surprise, they called and said I had 10,000 more miles to go. They are so honest and they know what they are doing. The customer service was the best!! They have 2 locations - let's help local business.

Thought I already reviewed but that's ok because I can't say enough wonderful things about this business. It's such a good feeling to know that after my visit yesterday that I have found my "forever mechanic". Best customer service and the kindest and most compassionate people in the business. I brought my 2014 Honda CR-V in for 30k service and smog as I was getting it ready to sell. I had called and made an appointment and was surprised to be greeted by name when I walked in by Bryan. When Bryan asked if I was getting another car, I explained that my husband was killed by a hit and run drunk driver and got emotional. The compassion I received from him and John was amazing. They took excellent care of my car and then comped my bill. My heart is full- it's so nice to know that with everything going on, there's still such beautiful souls in this world. I have found my forever mechanics and friends at John's Automotive and want to tell the world!! They are better than the best!! (:
